Hello. I’m a native of the Inland Northwest with a lineage that spans well over a century. Undergrad of Eastern Washington University, graduate degree from University of Idaho, and employed in several local industries while teaching at Lewis-Clark State College as a professor of Engineering Graphics - now retired.
My passion to help others begin their journey toward a lasting outdoor heritage, I believe, is reflected in my writing. Having hunted/fished on three continents, I combine a legacy of mentorship with decades of diverse outdoor experience.
Within minutes of Lewiston, ID, we have training fields and pond - birds and equipment. Everything needed to develop dog-handling skills required to create a wonderful hunting dog and companion.
My aim is to introduce people and gun dogs to a lasting outdoor lifestyle.
